    Traditional Medicine for Modern Life Kidney deficiency patterns have become common in modern society as we burn the candle at both ends. JING treats Jing Deficiency, Kidney Qi, Yin & Yang Deficiency, Lung Qi Deficiency, Blood Deficiency, or is used for preventative support as traditional longevity medicine. Prescribe Jing if your patient: • Chronically feels burnt out, “wired but tired” • Is looking for an easy, tasty, powerful recovery and Adrenal support formula • Wants to retain vigor as they age • Prefers the taste of “food as medicine” vs. traditional herbals • Wants to support mitochondrial health & longevity How To Use: Suggested dose is 1-3 tsp daily for an adult 1-2 times daily for adults, 1 tsp 1-2 times daily for children. This is a safe food-as-medicine support and is intended to be enjoyed and used as needed. Try it by the spoonful or mix in hot milk of your choice to make a delicious sesame-latte.     Hayley Gardner MSOM DCCM LAc Herbalist and Chinese Medicine Practitioner, professor at Dragon Rises College of Oriental Medicine in Florida. Adapting classical herbal formulas for modern life has been Hayley's passion for more than 15 years. She apprenticed with Taiwanese master physician, Ni Hai-Sha, for eight years.
