About the HerbalistHayley Gardner MSOM DCCM LAc Herbalist and Chinese Medicine Practitioner, professor at Dragon Rises College of Oriental Medicine in Florida. Adapting classical herbal formulas for modern life has been Hayley's passion for more than 15 years. She apprenticed with Taiwanese master physician, Ni Hai-Sha, for eight years. After earning a Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine at the Florida College of Integrative Medicine, she completed extensive post-graduate herbal training with renowned Dr. Arnaud Versluys of the Institute of Classics in East Asian Medicine. She has spent her career studying Han Dynasty texts, such as the Shang Han Lun (Treatise on Cold Damage Disorders) and Jin Gui Yao Lue (Essential Prescriptions from the Golden Cabinet). She founded Jing to apply this ancient wisdom to speed recovery from burnout and chronic fatigue. She has owned three successful acupuncture clinics.
